By accessing or using Deciddr (deciddr.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deciddr LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.

Deciddr is an AI-powered product analysis platform designed to assist Amazon FBA sellers in evaluating product opportunities. The Service provides data-driven insights including estimated profitability, return on investment, fees, demand signals, competition analysis, and a BUY, MAYBE, or PASS recommendation.

Deciddr is an informational and analytical tool only. It is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, or broker. All analysis provided is for informational purposes and should not be construed as financial, investment, or business advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Deciddr. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Deciddr LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You may not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access the Service through your account.

Deciddr offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in United States dollars.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Deciddr LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

Deciddr LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified of any pricing changes prior to renewal. Continued use of the Service following notification constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have paid.

You agree to use Deciddr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

— Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations

— Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service

— Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without express written permission

— Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

— Use the Service to develop a competing product or service

— Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Service to any third party

— Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

All content, features, functionality, and technology associated with Deciddr — including but not limited to the decision logic, algorithms, scoring systems, user interface, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Deciddr LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to the Service or its content beyond the limited license to use the Service as described herein.

Deciddr retrieves market data from third-party sources including but not limited to Keepa. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current data, Deciddr LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data obtained from third-party sources.

Third-party data is provided for informational purposes only. Deciddr LLC is not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party data or for any actions taken based on such data.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Deciddr LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Deciddr LLC does not warrant that any analysis, recommendation, or verdict provided through the Service will result in profitable outcomes.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DECIDDR LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DECIDDR LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DECIDDR LLC IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deciddr LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Deciddr LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Deciddr LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated. You will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
